How difficult is it to understand abuse, rape, attempted rape or sexual harassment which according to Justice Arjit Pasayat “……. degrades and defiles the soul (and I’d like to add body too) of a female.”
Well the link below….is disturbing but yet an enlightenment….but the question is do I dare???? Do I dare stand and complain against the abuse.

So what does the dictionary say about rape?

Now it’s been confirmed at least in my dictionary. Not a single woman has been spared of this criminal offense be it the abuse, rape, attempted rape or harassment of the mind, body or soul…..she has been defiled or traumatized or affected either directly or indirectly.

hmmm.....well i would have flipped on to more cheerfull topics a couple of years ago...but of late the reality of the entire man eat man issue is kiling the innocence off humanities face...enlightening definition of the words of violence against women....i guess on very similar lines we need some one to read out the english of these words as per LAW....with their consequences....that will be enlightenment for the weary souls....

i agree..i feel that this is simply due to the lack of education.iam not talking about the school/college education.i mean education in terms of how to be a human.my value system is based on what my parents have taught and what i have learned over the year and will keep learning.i know of a friend whose husband sees nothing wrong in beating her when he loses his temper.and this guy works a top IT company!but what others see is the money he makes.sad.
and yes we need tougher laws and punishments.rapists should be given the dealth sentence.period.
